The Orlando Business Journal reports that the owners of the Citrus Center at 255 S Orange Ave (btwn. Jackson St. and Church St.) are trying to decide what to do with the “surface lot” space that the building owns. We assume they are are talking about the space behind the building off of Magnolia Ave. That space used to be a drive through for Sun Trust. The surface lot will most likely be used for additional parking to support the tenants of the building.
