The Flame Broiler (Website | Facebook) opened today at 54 W Church Street [GMap] in the Church Street District.

The new restaurant serves rice bowls and rice plates with your choice/combination of brown or white rice, chicken, Angus beef and veggies.

The menu items range from $4.65 for a mini bowl and $6.45 for the regular bowl to $7.95 for the main plates and $9.95 for the Angus rib plate.

This is the first Orlando and the third Florida location for the California-based franchise.

All of their food is not fried and contains no MSG, dairy, trans fat or skin.

The Flame Broiler will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to start.

Look for them to test out some additional hours especially when there are events at the nearby Amway Center.

  1. If you like the design at Sakai – go see Trisha at Saya Couture and design at 934 N Mills she did much of the design and her husband did all of the incredible woodwork. Many of the design details like the lighting is available for sale at Saya.

  2. If you are going to conduct business downtown and don’t want to stay open late, you might as well do only lunch.
