There are some changes happening at Cityfish (Website | Facebook) in Thornton Park.

The changes include the addition of Chef Greg Richie who helped open Roy’s in Orlando and recently was head chef at  Emeril’s Tchoup Chop.

There’s a new menu and website.

The new menu is focused on “thoughtfully sourced seafood” and has an oyster bar focus.

There are the seafood favorites including  lobster rolls, Po’ Boys and crab cakes, fish tacos and fresh fish selections.

Scott Joseph reports on his website, “There are several items from the previous menu that have been kept on, but according to Richie those too have been given a chef’s touch, with an emphasis on improved freshness and ingredients. Things as simple as sauces are getting the chef’s attention — even the ketchup is made in-house.”

In addition Joseph notes that they will be renovating the space in the coming weeks.

You can view their new menu on their website.

  1. Thanks have eaten there in the pass. Will make sure I stop in. Also will give a chance to go to DTA.

  2. There is nothing that can be done to improve the burger, so hopefully the new chef will feel no need to fancy it up.
