Killgore Properties proposed to build rowhomes on Orange Ave between Harding St and Muriel St in Downtown South in the Wadeview Park neighborhood [GMap].
The Kilgore Townhomes proposal includes four buildings for a total of 28 units.
The units are four stories and the fourth floor includes an outdoor patio.
Fifteen of the 28 units face orange ave in the main building. The other two buildings face the existing townhomes/rowhomes behind the new project.
The project will go to the Municipal Planning Board this month for approval and if approved then to City Council.

Also loving the rows! Rows tend to take up a large urban footprint and build a lot of character in neighborhoods. Happy to see several recent proposals for rows in the downtown Orlando area. This has always been the missing link, and most people don’t actually want to live in larger buildings but would prefer row style living.
