RusTeak Restaurant and Wine Bar (Website | Facebook) is now open in College Park.

The new restaurant is located at 2625 Edgewater Drive [GMap].

We first told you about the plans for the Ocoee based restaurant to open in the former Hangar space back in July, but then we learned they would be opening in the space that was previously occupied by O-Town Pizza and Wings.

The american gastropub serves everything from steak and seafood to pasta, burgers and flatbreads.

The owners tell Bungalower they intend to be the local College Park neighborhood restaurant by being a place that is welcoming to everyone and also gives back to the community. They tell us they source as much local produce and meat as possible.

They have made some great interior improvements, making it a more polished casual atmosphere. A change from the previous sports bar atmosphere.

They will have a regular happy hour from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m and from 10:00 p.m to close that features $5 wines by the glass, signature cocktails, and select appetizers. They also have a half-price bottle night for wine on Monday.

RusTeak is in its soft opening now and will officially have its grand opening on November 3.

RusTeak Restaurant and Wine Bar is open Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. They are closed on Sunday.

  1. They can be A great College Park restaurant that gives back (looking forward to both), but we already have a great College Park restaurant that gives back–The Tap Room–so they cannot claim the sole crown. We are lucky.

  2. Thanks, Jonathan. I’ve never heard of Teak Restaurant (people on this side of town don’t get to MetroWest much) so the name doesn’t mean much to us. But I’m looking forward to checking out the restaurant!

  3. Hi Elizabeth, it’s pronounced “Russ Teak” it’s a play on words for rustic. We are the founders of Teak Neighborhood Grill in Metrowest. We have a rustic look in the restaurant with woods and metals. Hope you can come check it out for your self and see why we call it RusTeak 🙂

  4. It is awesome! Four of us went last night! Great food, great drinks!! So glad to have them in the neighborhood!
