The building that houses Anthony’s Pizza (Website), The Space (Website) and iFixYouri (Website), as well as the abutting building that houses Hung’s Custom Tailor Shop are being sold by their owner.
According to the listings on Weichert Realty (Website), the owner is asking for $3,095,000 for all three buildings, which were built between 1926 and 1930.
The corner is arguably one of the busiest intersections in the downtown area and right in the heart of the Mills 50 district.
