The owners of the popular Vietnamese restaurant Pho 88 have purchased a vacant neighboring building [GMap].

Readers have been asking us about the recent removal of the longstanding metal fence that used to block the shared parking pot from Mills Avenue. The side of which was recently adorned with some new throw-up murals, which you can see on our Instagram account, @orlandobungalower.

The owners have filed for a building permit to renovate the existing building into a new wedding and reception hall/ community center.

We’ve reached out to them for more details and will post an update as soon as we hear back.

  1. What Pho 88 isn’t telling us, is that this will be the new gathering hall for all of the roaches that usually reside in their kitchen.
