Smith & Adams (Facebook | Website) is a new artisan chocolate shop that will be opening next to Gigi’s Cupcakes in the Colonial Plaza Marketplace [GMap] and their mission is to “make tasty chocolate.”
The shop is owned by Kelly Smith and Kim Adams, who are also obviously the namesakes.
Smith, a former Disney has over 25 years in the food industry and a major in Commercial Design. She has been a participating chef in the Epcot Food and Wine Festival and had work showcased in several Florida restaurant show competitions.
Adams background is in law and insurance adjusting and will operate as the business manager.
Smith & Adams will also be serving hand-made gelato and other delicacies.
According to their Facebook page they will be opening some time next week.
