According to a report by The Daily City, 18 businesses had their windows shot out over the past weekend.

According to the post, the OPD believes that someone, or a group of suspects, shot at the windows from a moving vehicle early on Monday morning/ late Sunday night, using a pellet gun or something similar.

Most of the windows hit shattered on impact and have since been sealed up with plywood sheets.

Most of the businesses affected are located in the Mills 50 area. To see a list of businesses affected by the drive-by shootings, click HERE.

No leads were reported at the time of this post.

There is also no proof that this act of vandalism is linked to the recent spike in car thefts being perpetrated by teenagers in the nearby College Park or Downtown neighborhoods. More on that HERE on the Orlando Sentinel website.
