Candidates must be team players and excel in “communication, organization, as well as sanitation and food safety” and have daytime, nighttime, and weekend availability.
Other prerequisites include:
- 2+ years experience
- Must have basic knowledge of production and operations in all relevant kitchen areas.
- Must be familiar with proper use and maintenance of relevant kitchen equipment high standards for quality and service and machinery
- Ability to understand basic English
- Organized and efficient
- Learns quickly
- Courteous, friendly and professional
