15-year-old local business Pearson’s Catering (Website) has moved into the former Green Day Cafe/Virgin Olive Market space in the North Quarter [GMap].

Pearson’s Cafe (Facebook | Website) has an estimated opening date for March of this year. According to the still-in-development website, the cafe will offer the regular catering menu but in a restaurant setting.
