A struggling shopping center in northern Winter Park is getting an anchor tenant, according to THIS recent report by the Orlando Business Journal.
The shopping center, the Grove at Winter Park, has signed a deal with a 24-hour fitness center. According to the OBJ the fitness center has signed a 15-year lease on a 40,000 SF space in the center [GMap].
