According to a report by Mary Shanklin of the Orlando Sentinel – which you can read HERE – First Green Bank will be moving into the Old Southern Bank building at 250 N. Orange Avenue [GMap].
There had been rumors flying in online planning forums for months concerning plans for a drive-thru tellers at the rear of the newly renovated building, and now the mystery has been solved. The drive-thru windows will be part of the 4,100 SF build-out on the bottom floor of the building.
First Green Bank (Website) promotes green building and sustainability by offering lower interest rates for commercial projects that meet green building certification efforts.
The recent paint job and facade work was carried out by BishopBeale, a commercial real estate group based out of the same building.
