We attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new North Quarter development, The Sevens (Website), last Thursday, July 14, and snapped a couple photos for those of you who didn’t get the invitation.

The Sevens is located at 777 North Orange Avenue, hence the name. The first thing we noticed was the abundance of art, which turns out was made by Florida artists. We were told that while most of the art will be permanent, some of it will be on a steady rotation.

Besides the art, the residents will have access to a roof-top pool deck, lounge, and bar, complete with a garden and grilling area, fitness center, and billiards. There are also fully-furnished guest suites that are available for Sevens residents to rent for visiting friends and family on a daily basis.

At the time of the ribbon-cutting we were only able to see the one bedroom and studio apartments. Prices ranged between $1,395 and $1,635. To fill out an application, click HERE.

The retail spaces are still being built-out.

We’ve written about the Sevens previously HERE, HERE, and HERE.
