Actor, activist, and meme-queen George Takei will be speaking in the Warden Arena at Rollins College on January 19, 2017, at 7 p.m., as part of the Winter Park Institute’s ongoing speaker series.
Takei will share the story of his family’s forced stay at an internment camp during WWII, his time on Star Trek, and his work fighting for queer rights.
