Weekley Homes, LLC, is set to present their development plan to the Municipal Planning Board on September 20, 2016, concerning a vacant lot at the corner of North Ferncreek Avenue and Concord Street [GMap]. The project is seeking to place a 10-unit rear-loaded townhome development on the site.
The building is currently expected to be three stories high.
