SPONSORED: This beautiful 2,660 SF lakefront home in Delaney Park [GMap] has been lovingly updated, while still managing to maintain its original Craftsman beauty and character. The single-family home features high ceilings, gorgeous crown molding, spacious rooms, and beautiful wood flooring.
The living room, family room, and Florida room are all open and very spacious.
The bottom level hosts the formal dining room, full bath, and a large kitchen; which has a gas cooktop, wet bar, butler’s pantry, and a wonderful breakfast nook overlooking the lake. The current kitchen layout is functional as-is, but has not been renovated by the current occupants, giving you a chance to design your ideal dream kitchen (we recommend peeling back the current flooring to reveal the wood hidden away underneath).
All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a private balcony overlooking the backyard and waterfront. The master bath is large and hosts a claw-foot tub and dual sinks.
There is also an additional third floor 30 x 10 foot room which is not included in the 2,660 SF total. It would be a great bedroom, playroom, or man cave.
The home comes complete with its own security system, updated electric and plumbing, detached two-car garage, and its own fishing dock on Lake Lurna.
The asking price is $475,000.

Nice house, but not actually in Delaney Park neighborhood, it’s close, but it’s in the Lake Copeland neighborhood.
Also, not sure if a 2,700 square foot house can be called a “Bungalow” :o)
