We often get photographs from our Bungalower readers of things that are happening around town, and we have started featuring them on the site in a series called Eyes on the Street, in honor of our hero Jane Jacobs.
A reader, who wished to remain anonymous, sent us the above photo of a new restaurant that is moving into the Sanctuary building. Gaviota, which means “sea gull,” will apparently specialize in “seafood, steaks, and fine Peruvian cuisine” but we have been unable to contact the owners for more details.
We had originally reported back in May, HERE, that Clermont-based Wallace Grill (Facebook) would be moving into the space [GMap], but that is apparently no longer the case.
Another restaurant in the cursed spot. I really think it’s just too big of a space and would fare better as two separate restaurants.
Mariela La Brecque avisenme.. Para ponerlo en mi schedule U0001f602U0001f602

Finally, something opening up that isn’t Asian. Would love to see Indian or Middle Eastern/Turkish.
I THINK Wallace Grill owns this concept as well
Paul Wallace’s Grill didn’t make it — Jedit.
