The Hope CommUnity Center (Website) is an effort helmed by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, the relentless hearts behind most of Apopka’s immigration and social justice programming.
According to their website, the Hope CommUnity Center Senior Programs Director position is “responsible for the operational interconnectedness and synergy of the Center’s programs – for ensuring integration, collaboration and cross-pollination across Hope’s various initiatives to build organizational success and ultimately, a stronger community.”
This Programs Director will supervise in areas of program development, program delivery, participant recruitment, staff training, quality control, volunteer recruitment/orientation and program evaluation.
The Senior Programs Director will assist in the development of Hope’s program budgets and monitor expenditures in collaboration with each Program Director; and this position serves on Hope’s Leadership Team.
