Actress Shannon Purser, who played the ill-fated Barb in Netflix’s Stranger Things Season One, will be making an appearance at local horror convention, Spooky Empire.
Purser’s character Barb, the nerdy bosom buddy to budding popular girl Nancy Wheeler, became a cult favorite of the popular show as online audiences found her much more relatable.
Purser will be at Spooky Empire (Website) from October 7-9 at the Orange County Convention Center.
Editor’s Note: Oh, and Eleven/Elle (played by Millie Bobby Brown) will be there too.
