Two of City of Orlando’s top planners, Elisabeth Dang and Terrence Miller, will be discussing how duplexes have become a focal point for redevelopment, in Orlando’s downtown neighborhoods.
The two will cover the history of Orlando’s duplexes and look at the economics behind the trend itself, as well as serve up some urban design tools for how new duplex developers can better blend the new with the old.
