November 17 is National Baklava Day, so here is a roundup of local restaurants that serve the popular, honey-soaked Mediterranean pastry, sent to us by die-hard Bungalower reader Adam Singleton.

For those who don’t know, baklava is not a tight-fitting ski mask (that’s a balaclava), but rather a dessert that is served in the eastern Mediterranean, Balkans, Middle East, and Caucasia. It’s typically made with layers of filo dough, butter, chopped nuts, and honey.
