  1. House is beautiful!  Beeman Park has higher property values than Audubon Park.  Prices jump once you cross Corrine.  Just like prices jump once you cross Bennett & General Reese and go into Baldwin Park.

  3. How is this Audubon Park (except being zoned for that school)? The Audubon Park neighborhood doesn’t go north of Corrine.
