According to WalletHub (Website) Orlando is the second best place to get married in the country.
WalletHub compared 150 of the nations largest cities under 20 different indicators that measure costs, facilities/services, and activities/attractions, which we placed 88th, 1st, and 3rd in, respectively. We were 51st in Average Wedding Cost.
Orlando placed first in the following categories:
- Event Planners per Capita
- Bridal Shops per Capita
- Flower Shops per Capita
- Venues and Event Spaces per Capita
- Hotels per Capita
- Musicians and DJs per Capita
- Videographers and Photographers per Capita
Las Vegas, Nevada placed first. Other Florida cities in the top 10 include, Tampa (4th place), Fort Lauderdale (8th place), and Miami (10th place).
The worst place to get married, according to this study, is Newark, New Jersey.
