The Dorothy Lumley Melrose Center at the Orlando Public Library will be hosting a free open-house event to showcase VR technology, demonstrations of their in-house audio, video, and photography studios, and more, from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, February 11.

Exhibitors include Magic Haus Films, Tourist City Ghostbusters, the Orlando Science Center, Orlando Robotics and Maker Club, Exploding Bacon and more.

Live music will be provided by Terri Binion and Tony Miracle and original compositions from the Timucua Arts Foundation’s Works with Sound program.

The winners of the Melrose Awards will also be announced, with a $1,000 grand prize for the winner.
