We often get photographs and tips from our Bungalower readers of things that are happening around town, so we have started featuring them on the site in a series called Eyes on the Street, in honor of our favorite urbanist Jane Jacobs. Bungalower reader and local photographer, Jim Hobart, sent us the following message and a photo of a new spot on Washington that he snapped from his moving car (not included below).

The owner of Tin and Taco (Facebook), Rob Bair (of Gringos Locos fame), purchased What’s Your Beef at 40 W. Washington Street. [GMap] a few months ago and has been slowly transforming the space to house his new concept.
Tin and Taco is currently in soft-opening phase which means the menu is still being finessed. They specialize in “craft tacos, craft beer, and craft soda” and have been running daily specials and sneak peeks of what will be on the upcoming menu following their official opening later in the month.
Tin and Taco also serves breakfast options until 1:30 p.m. and delivery is free in Downtown Orlando with a $10 minimum order. See the breakfast menu below.
