  1. Want to add… again… bargain of 550k! It’s crazy some readers get into a tiff over making that comment. It’s well known Thorton is expensive.

  2. Hey Julian, not sure if you saw there’s an apartment included that rents for $1350.00/month. Basically means you buy this house and make the same payment you would on a $300,000 home. Pretty cool stuff
