EDIT: We received the following comment from Jill Ramsier, Partner/Co-Owner of Quantum Leap Winery in response to being labeled a “mixery” in this post when it originally went public:

“We are actually a real working winery – we just start the process in one place and finish it here in Orlando. Yes the initial fermentation of our wine happens elsewhere – we do all secondary fermentation (if applicable), barrel aging, tank aging, cold and heat stabilization, blending and finishing. And with our award winning Pedaler’s Hard Cider – we do the entire process on-site from initial fermentation through finishing and packaging.”

Quantum Leap Winery (Facebook | Website) will be making some changes to their hours and selections in the coming days.

The wine mixery and tasting room (they blend wines on-site with materials produced and harvested elsewhere) will be extending their hours to noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday, starting this week.

They have also added Pedaler’s Hard Cider to their menu, along with cheese, charcuterie, and chocolate plates.

New wine varietals on the list include Gewurztraminer, Blaufrankisch, Barbera, and more, along with a new line of wines co-created with Chef Jamie McFadden of Cuisiniers at East End Market.

Quantum Leap Winery is located at 1312 Wilfred Drive [GMap].
