The Downtown Development Board/Community Redevelopment Agency have launched a search for a new Night Manager for Downtown Orlando.

The official title of the newly minted position is DDB/CRA Project Manager, Nighttime Economy and it will pay between $60,299 to $77,272 a year, depending on qualifications.

The job will involve administration, coordination, and implementation of community redevelopment projects for the CRA. The Night Manager will be responsible for facilitating communication between downtown stakeholders and in coordinating services and resources to better managed the nighttime activities in the district.

Applicants must have a bachelor degree in planning, urban studies, economics, business or public administration, marketing/communications, or public safety; four years experience in business development, marketing/communications, public policy, public administration, public safety; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A Master degree in a related area is desired.
