Master tailor, Bonnie Lewis, has launched a new sustainable Orlando-based fashion line called Common Wares (Instagram | Website) in Ivanhoe Village.

Common Wares specializes in three minimal shapes cut to three lengths; crop, tunic, and dress. Each piece is hand-made, to order, using one of six natural/organic fabrics that the shopper gets to choose. The current lead time is two to four weeks.

Common Wares is located in the Faith Arts Village, on the edge of North Quarter and Park Lake/Highland [GMap]. Lewis also teaches basic sewing skills in a series of workshops under her Common Thread Sewing business.
