The City of Winter Park has launched a new app to better serve its residents.
The Ask Winter Park app will allow users to report potholes, broken street lights, janky sidewalks, or any other infrastructure issue that should be addressed by the City.
To report an issue, the app will use the phone’s GPS coordinates to input the user’s location. Then it will prompt the user to submit a photo and any other additional details.
Ask Winter Park can be used for free on all Android and Apple devices. You can also make a request using your computer, HERE.
