According to Faiyaz Kara of the Orlando Weekly a new concept will be coming to the former Maddey’s Craft and Cru space on Church Street [GMap]. Maddey’s closed for business in October, 2016.
The name of the new Latin/Asian fusion restaurant will be “Buda Libre” and it is expected to open this summer.
Buda Libre is an effort by Iron Chef alumni, Roberto Trevino, owner of popular restaurant Budatai (Website) in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
