The Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District is looking to fill their vacant Project Manager position.
The Project Manager is involved in the administration, coordination, and implementation of infrastructure and community enhancement projects in the Downtown South NID.
Applicants must have a Bachelor degree in urban planning, urban studies, economics, civil engineering, business or public administration, or related field plus four years of increasingly responsible experience handling complex community redevelopment, infrastructure, and/or development projects in challenged communities; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Master degree in related area and AICP certification desired.
The starting salary is $60,299 to $77,272, depending on qualifications.
