EDIT: We originally published that Arby’s is looking to open a location on South Orange, but there is, in fact, already one there. Corporate offices are simply looking to remodel the existing location.
According to paperwork filed with the City, Arby’s is looking to open a remodel their store near the intersection of Michigan Street and Orange Avenue [GMap].
What part of a 50 year old building would need to be remodeled?
Needs to be leveled.
There is already an Arby’s there. I believe they want to “re-do” it.
