According to Paul Brinkmann of the Orlando Sentinel, Boston-based firm, Northland Paramount LLC, has purchased the 16-story Paramount on Lake Eola building for approximately $65.2 M.
The purchase included 266 units, along with the spaces that house Publix, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, and Pizza @ Lake Eola.
The Paramount is located at 415 E. Pine Street [GMap].
