The former Orlando Surgery Center in Ivanhoe Village will now house a collection of vintage cars, offices, and a new rooftop bar, called M Lounge.

The hybrid space is a new project by Australian businessman, Tim Majors, of Major Investments (Website).

The bar is scheduled to open to the public on May 24 at 4 p.m. They will be providing a complimentary valet service and live entertainment.

The first floor car storage area, called Majors Motors, is also available for private event rentals and can hold up to 200 people. Scroll down to see photos of some of the cars that are stored in the building.

We originally wrote about the new venue in August, 2015, HERE, and again in June, 2016, HERE.

  1. I hope they will be opening up the street facing windows (currently curtains and coverings). It is too bad how they have the building interior closed off the the public realm, really kills the animation of the street.
