Drag Queens will be reading stories to Orlando children at the Orlando Public Library on June 12 at 5:30 p.m., in recognition of Orlando Together Day.

The event is being hosted by Impulse Group Orlando (Website), a local LGBTQ volunteer organization that works with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (Website), and promotes healthy lifestyles.

The selected queens and books have yet to be released and the event is open to children of all ages, including adults.

  1. Really wish you guys hadn’t used “I will read you filth” as the title pic/ meme/ whatever. Defeats the whole purpose of this project and is a poor representation of it.

  2. This is just ludicrous. Keep your children safe by staying away from the Library on this day.

    1. Why? Drag Queens aren’t going to stop existing just because you don’t want your kids to know about them. There’s a real world out there.
