PROMO: The Orlando Fringe Theatre Festival (Website) ends on Monday, May 29 but they could still use a some more volunteers during the event. There are roughly 100 current volunteer slots that need to be filled before the end of the festival this Monday.

If you are available for the following time slots, consider signing up. It’s a great way to meet new people, especially in local creatives and theater professionals. Volunteers receive a button and one Fringe Buck for each hour worked, five Fringe bucks pays for a show.

FRIDAY 5/26

  • 8:30 p.m. – midnight: Venue Captain, scanning tickets and crowd control
  • 8:45 p.m. – midnight: Beer Tent
  • 4 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.: Fringe Lawn, Mega Booth 
  • 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.: Beer Tent 

SATURDAY 5/27

  • 3:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.: Venue Captain
  • 7:45 p.m. – 12:45 a.m.: Venue Captain
  • 4:30 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.: Beer Tent
  • 9 p.m. – midnight: Beer Tent
  • 10 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.: Green Team (help keep the lawn area clean)

SUNDAY 5/28

  • 10 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.: Venue Captain
  • 3 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.: Venue Captain
  • 7:30 p.m. – midnight: Venue Captain
  • Noon – 4:45 p.m.: Beer Tent
  • 4:30 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.: Beer Tent
  • 9 p.m. – midnight: Beer Tent
  • 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Kids Fringe
  • 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Kids Fringe
  • 10 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.: Fringe Lawn Mega Booth
  • 10 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.: Green Team
