As we wrote in April, HERE, Mucho Tequila and Tacos is no more. In its place stands a new concept from the Beacon Hill Group, Muddy Waters.

Muddy Waters is a New Orleans-style restaurant headlined by the talent behind Two Chefs Seafood in the North Quarter. One of the two aforementioned culinary talents is Chef Bernard Carmouche, who was once Chef de Cuisine at Emeril’s New Orleans.

Muddy Waters is located at 101 S. Eola Drive [GMap].
