As we wrote in April, HERE, Mucho Tequila and Tacos is no more. In its place stands a new concept from the Beacon Hill Group, Muddy Waters.
Muddy Waters is a New Orleans-style restaurant headlined by the talent behind Two Chefs Seafood in the North Quarter. One of the two aforementioned culinary talents is Chef Bernard Carmouche, who was once Chef de Cuisine at Emeril’s New Orleans.
Muddy Waters is still cementing their operations, but this week’s hours will be 4-10 p.m Monday to Wednesday, 4-11 p.m. Thursday to Saturday, and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday. Next week they will be open for 11 a.m. on Saturday and will be serving Sunday brunch.
Muddy Waters is located at 101 S. Eola Drive [GMap].
