Orlando residents will be able to celebrate the Fourth of July at Lake Eola Park at the 40th Annual Fireworks at the Fountain.
Festivities begin at 4 p.m. with activities for children, live music, and food and beverages available for purchase. The evening will conclude with a fireworks display over Lake Eola. Click HERE for more event information.
There will be several street closures as part of Independence Day celebrations in the Downtown area, including:
- Robinson Street from Rosalind Avenue to Summerlin Avenue, 7 a.m.–midnight.
- Eola Drive from Robinson Street to Washington Street, 7 a.m.–midnight.
- Central Boulevard from Rosalind Avenue to Eola Drive, 2 p.m.–midnight.
- Rosalind Avenue from South Street to Robinson Street, 2 p.m.–midnight.
For those of you who want to stay home to keep their dogs calm, you can watch the fireworks finale broadcast live on WKMG News 6.

Independence Day Eagle Circle Extended
For anyone wanting to get out early on Independence Day, the Blue Hammers will be leaving B3 Cafe at 6:15 a.m. and riding Eagle Circle with their own extended add on before returning to B3 between 9-9:30 a.m. The ride distance will end up between 50-55 miles. Florida Hospital Watermelon 5k
Join friends, family and neighbors for a morning celebration featuring ice cold watermelon and American pride. All runners receive a festive t-shirt, plentiful refreshments, and ice-cold watermelon.
Pop-up Yoga: July 4th Edition
YogaMix Orlando is hosting a pop-up yoga session on Tuesday, July 4. This session’s instructor is Kelsey Evans.
Graffiti Celebrates America
Live Music from 4-7 p.m. on the patio. Hotdog eating contest starts at 5 p.m. with a $100 prize package.
Fourth of July Science Celebration
This Fourth of July, the Science Center is combining history and science in a series of activities that bring out the best of this patriotic holiday. There will not be fireworks at this event, but there will be BBQ. Guests will have access to Identity: An Exhibition of You and the rest of the four floors of interactive exhibit halls.
Fourth of July on the Rooftop
Doors open from 4-11 p.m. Make plans to stop by for some exceptional drinks, live entertainment, and breathtaking views of the City of Orlando’s beautiful firework display.
Merica! 4th of July Celebration!
Watch the spectacular firework show on Lake Eola. $150 to reserve a table that seats four people. Tickets include: two buckets of beer + one large German pretzel with beer cheese. 4th Of July Concert At Universal Studios
Stereo FM will be playing all the hits for 4th of July on the Music Plaza Stage in front of Rip Ride Rockit at Universal Studios Florida. You must have a Universal Pass or must be a Universal Orlando Team Member to attend this show.
