The Orlando Tech Association (Website) and the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce (Website) are launching a weekend-long civic hackathon event.

A civic hackathon is when creative problem solvers in the non-profit, business, and tech communities come together to engage in immersive problem solving activities for the public realm.

Solutions will be presented 6 p.m. Sunday evening, in front of a set of judges. This part of the weekend is open to the public.

The event will be hosted at Credo Conduit, located at 1001 N. Orange Avenue in the North Quarter [GMap].

Tickets to participate in the challenge are available for purchase HERE. Organizations that have already signed on to participate include FireSpring Fund, iDignity, Orlando Food Lab, and Polis Institute.
