As Paul Brinkmann of the Orlando Sentinel wrote earlier today, the 13-story residential tower being proposed for 108 E. Livingston Street has undergone some changes.
The plans we shared HERE in April called for an inner courtyard, ringed by development.
That has since changed to incorporate a Rosalind-facing plaza, as shown below.
The new plans call for 389 units versus the original 320 but will remain at 13 stories. The plans also call for 14,000 SF of ground floor retail, a small dog run, a multi-story parking garage, and covered bicycle storage.
The designs are being handled by Kimley-Horn (Website) and will go before the MPB at the September 19 hearing.
Good looking pedestrian friendly landscape design… 😉
