Florida Home Media, LLC, the parent company behind Winter Park Magazine, ArtsLife Magazine, and Homebuyer Orlando, has been purchased and renamed “Winter Park Publishing Company, LLC.”
Randy Noles, editor and publisher in the previous company, issued a press release detailing the new stakeholders; Allan Keen of Keewin Real Property Company and Richard Walsh of Knob Hill Group. Noles himself is now a shareholder and CEO in the new company.
Wash was the co-founder and publisher of Winter Park Magazine prior to it being purchased in 2012.
