According to an earlier report by Mary Shanklin of the Orlando Sentinel, two doctors have purchased the post office building located at 611 N. Mills Avenue [GMap].
According to the Orange County Property Appraiser the site sold for $1.3M on August 4 to Dang Wynn Medical LLC.
According to the Sentinel‘s report, the new owners plan to redevelop the parcel when the post office’s lease runs out in 2020 into a restaurant or retail concept.
