EDIT: Contrary to what we were told, the owner, Jack Thompson, was not in the photo. However, his brother-in-law George is to the left.
Jax Thornton Park (Facebook | Website) is now open in the former home of the Baoery, at 617 E. Central Boulevard [GMap].
The concept is a revamp of the original location, Jax 5th Avenue Deli, which was located in Lake Mary and College Park. The owner, “Doc”, was on-hand for the soft opening on September 12, pictured on the right hand side in the above photo.
Jax specializes in an array of sandwiches, pizzas, beer, and pickles.
They are in a very soft opening phase and have yet to schedule a grand opening in the coming weeks.

Original location was on Court Ave, the 2nd location was on Edgewater Dr (across from Dubsdread), and Lake Mary is actually the 3rd location.
