The Sunlite Grocery and Market has applied for assistance through the City’s Small Business Facade Program in order to freshen up their exterior.

The owners of Sunlite Grocery, which is located at 211 N. Parramore Avenue [GMap], are looking to spend a projected $96,800 on improvements for their building. Through the program, they are eligible for loan assistance in the amount of $20,000 and will use the funds to pay for a new paint job, new windows and doors, and parking lot improvements.

The Small Business Facade Program awards interest-free deferred loans to be used for facade improvements with existing property and business owners.
