The Lake Alert that was issued for Lake Formosa has been lifted, as of September 20.
Following a sanitary sewer overflow from a private lift station behind Mills Park (more on that HERE), roughly 15,000 gallons of sewage leaked into Lake Formosa.
Lake Formosa flows into Lake Rowena.
The City has stated that activities on the lake can now resume.
