Ikea has launched a new augmented reality app, a la Pokemon Go, to allow users to preview how their furniture looks in their home before dragging their loved ones into a relationship-testing shopping trip.

Ikea Places uses ARKit tech in iOS systems to allow your phone to virtually stamp down a piece of true-to-scale Ikea furniture in your house, via the phone in your camera.

The app only has the top selling items and not the complete catalog and is only available on iOS devices, at the moment.
