Pipeline Workspaces (Facebook | Website), a coworking chain with locations across the country, has signed on to lease the 11th floor of the Wells Fargo Tower in Downtown Orlando, according to a recent report by Paul Brinkmann.
The 12,000 SF space is located at 20 N. Orange Avenue, Unit 1100 [GMap], the same building that should be getting some new ground floor retail, which we wrote about HERE.
Pipeline memberships include 24/7 access, internet (100 Mgs), “high-design furniture and ergonomic chairs,” receptionist services, a business center, and access to conference room.

- Dedicated desks start at $449 a month
- Flex space, where you can sit at any desk, table, or social area cost $199
- Access to conference rooms, receptionist services and use of the address for your business costs $99 a month and you can stay at home in your shorts
Other mentioned amenities include “easy parking” but we’re not sure if that means in a nearby garage or behind the Wells Fargo building, high speed color printers, private phone booths, full kitchen, mailboxes, and secure storage on-site.
