We often get photographs from our Bungalower readers of things that are happening around town, and we have started featuring them on the site in a series called Eyes on the Street, in honor of our hero Jane Jacobs.
Our friends at the Imperial at Washburn Imports sent us the above photo late Monday afternoon of the soon to be vacant home of Champagne Nails (Facebook) with a “For Rent” sign in the window. The shop is located at 1807 N. Orange Avenue [GMap] in Ivanhoe Village.
The nail salon opened in late March/early April of this year, taking over the spot left empty after Twisted Bliss closed their business. More on that HERE.
According to the salon’s owner, they found that the location “wasn’t right for us” and decided to move to another location at the end of October.
